1.manage an assigned territory and demonstrate extensive knowledge of potential customers and competitors in this area
2.timely data entry in our customer relationship management tool
3.orchestrate customer / branch relationships and collaborate with regional product, service, geo, and knowledge management resources
4.participate in the creation of value-added solutions for customer’s logistics needs, including supporting diagrams and cost-benefit calculations
5.support the transition of new accounts through customer introductions, information transfer, and securing any necessary customer paperwork. when needed, support ar (accounts receivable) collection.
6.attend training & development sessions to continue developing selling skills and updating expeditors product and service knowledge

key accountabilities:
· to manage and oversee daily operation with team of +20 in bonded logistics locations in yantian area.
· to manage deployment plan, resource and timeline for major operation model change and transition.

primary responsibilities:
® provide practical consulting services to clients on a wide range of china import/export related topics including: customs valuation, classification, free trade agreement, bonded operation (such as processing trade), and special zone operation.
® customs and trade compliance projects delivery such as trade compliance reviews, aeo application support, and supply chain network design
® assist management with all aspects of project coordination including managing deadlines and time costs, coordinating with other team members globally, and performing internal risk management checks.
® develop reports, presentations and other deliverables relate to projects
® analyze customs and trade related data, and new policies to help develop compliance and customs efficiency strategies for clients
® work with the regional management in business development activities such as seminars, workshops, presentations etc. and marketing materials development
® assist in the development of new services, and customer relationships and to help build a service team throughout china
® participate in discussions /interviews with the senior level management of client companies
qualifications:
we are open to consideration of talent with the following qualifications,
® bachelor's degree or equivalent suitable qualification in international trade, economics, law, taxation etc.
® a solid foundation in china import / export operations with at least 5 years of relevant consultancy experience
® good knowledge of china customs and other government agency processes and procedures around import/export, law or supply chain management experience
® fluent english and chinese, both written and spoken
® knowledge of core trade compliance topics such as hs classification, customs valuation, rules of origin, and bonded programs
® strong verbal and written communication skills in both chinese and english to translate complex customs and trade issues into understandable and actionable advice
® experience in trade issues with other chinese government agencies (e.g. ciq, cfda, etc) (preferable).
® big 4 or law firm experience in customs and trade compliance would be a plus
® cpa, licensed customs broker, china certified tax agent or advanced law degree would be a plus

1.data input in etms and prepare house bill of lading(hbl), invoices, manifest and others as per dlsop.(timely preparation of doc. and maintain high accuracy)
2.handle customer's enquiries in good service manner; help customers to trace shipment and document.
3.to check/confirm hbl with shipper, and push/confirm mbl with carrier.
4.arrange payment application, and finish telex release, seaway b/l or pick up original mbl.
5.print original bill of lading for signature with supervisor, then submit to counter with counter-list .
6.to post settlement recap with accuracy.
7.packing & sorting of document for dispatching.
8.scan all the doc.to e.doc & distribute docs and close file within 5 days after cob .
9.input event code in timely manner per ops requirement.
10.to take up additional tasks as required to meet the division's needs.

1.college graduated or above, preferably with minimum 1 year's relevant experience.
2.to be able to read and write english.
3.typing skills and computer knowledge preferred
