1. responsible for the products’ appearance and structural design;
2. responsible for the improvement of products’ structure, technology and process, providing technical support for production;
3. responsible for verification and testing of product reliability;
4. responsible for the establishment and improvement of the bom, drawings and packaging materials of product
engineering materials;
5. responsible for follow-up and confirmation of product mold progress;
6. responsible for product trial guidance and problem collection improvement;
7. responsible for the development, application and collection of product optics, materials and components;
8. responsible for analyzing the defective products during manufacturing and bringing up issue solutions;
9. participate in product development review meetings, collect effective opinions and improve;
10. responsible for follow-up of non-standard samples and guide sample assembly;

6. 負責產品的試產指導和問題收集改善;
7. 負責產品光學、材料和零部件的開發應用和收尋;
8. 負責分析生產中出現的不良品，並出具解決方案
9. 參與產品開發評審會，收集有效意見並改善;
10. 負責非標樣品進度跟進，並指導樣品組裝;
11. 按照規定時間完成上司安排的其他工作任務;
任职要求：
1. university specialties or above;
2. electronics / machinery / mechatronics / automation / industrial design / mold design and manufacturing and other related majors;
3. 25-40 years old;
4. 2 years of experience in the same industry and post, familiar with the structure and process of led;
5. have a deep understanding of the product structure, familiar with the light, electricity and thermal characteristics of led, familiar with the safety regulations and technical standards of light, and have the ability to innovate;
6. proficiency in proe/solidworks modeling and cad drawing software, with independent product design
capabilities;
7. execution, innovation, analytical thinking, risk control and prevention, communication and time management.
1. 大學專科及以上；
2. 電子/機械/機電一體化/自動化/工業設計/模具設計與製造等相關專業
3. 25-40歲
4. 2年以上同行業及崗位經驗，熟悉led燈具結構和工藝。
5. 對產品結構有很深的見解，熟悉led的光、電、熱特性，熟悉燈具安規和技術標準，具有創新能力；
6. 熟練使用proe/solidworks建模和cad製圖軟體，具備獨立的產品設計能力；
7. 執行力、創新能力、分析思考能力、風險控制和預防能力、溝通表達能力、時間管理能力。
