1. plan the development of new products and formulate the annual plan.
2. formulate a quarterly new product development plan.
3. lead the development and implementation of new products and progress control which is according to the plan.
4. leading review, inspecting and feasibility plan of new products’ development process.
5. provide technical support for customer projects, product bidding, etc.
6. evaluate and determinate the products’ structure, optics, materials, processes, etc.
7. responsible for the preparation and control of product standards.
8. participate in the analysis and review of major quality issues.
9. organize product training for business and customers.
10. departmental team building, management and evaluation work.

3. 按計畫主導新產品開發落實及進度管控；
4. 主導新產品開發過程的評審、檢討、提出可行性方案；
5. 為客戶專案、產品的投標等提供技術支持；
6. 對產品結構、光學、材料、工藝等評估及確定；
7. 負責產品標準的編寫及控制；
8. 參與重大品質問題的分析、評審；
9. 組織對業務和客戶進行產品培訓；
10. 部門團隊建設、管理和考評工作 ；
任职要求：
1. college degree or above, be good at english;
2. electronics / machinery / mechatronics / automation / industrial design / mold design and manufacturing and other related majors;
3. 27-38 years old;
4. 5 years of experience in the lighting industry; more than 2 years of team management experience;
5. familiar with product development process and cycle, have a good understanding of product structure, electrical and production process, have a deep understanding of light application, and have good management ability for the team;
6. understand relevant modeling and mapping software, have strong project management, innovation and technical guidance;
7. project management and decision-making capabilities, planning and execution capabilities, change management capabilities, risk control and prevention capabilities, communication expression impact, process building and organizational coordination capabilities, time management capabilities, product training capabilities.
8. good oral english communication skills are needed for product technical exchanges with italian headquarters.
1. 大學專科及以上，會英語更佳；
2. 電子/機械/機電一體化/自動化/工業設計/模具設計與製造等相關專業;
3. 27-38歲;
4. 5年以上照明行业经验；2年以上的团队管理经验;
5. 熟悉產品開發流程和週期，對產品結構、電氣和製作工藝非常了解，對光的應用有深刻的理解，对团队有很好的管理能力；
6. 懂相關建模和製圖軟體，具備很強的專案管理能力、創新能力和技術指導能力；
7. 專案管理與決策能力、計畫與執行能力、變革管理能力、風險控制和預防能力、溝通表達影響力、流程建設與組織協調 能力、時間管理能力、產品培訓能力。
8. 需要有較好的英語口語交流能力，以便與意大利總部進行產品技術交流。
