The successful candidate will be responsible for working with clients to help them identify, attract and recruit top talent. You will consult with clients on their hiring needs and manage the recruitment process from start to finish. You will also be responsible for building relationships with clients to ensure their continued business and success. Responsibilities: • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies to meet those needs; • Manage the recruitment process for assigned clients, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement; • Use industry knowledge and research skills to proactively identify talent and build a pipeline of qualified candidates for future roles; • Develop job descriptions, job postings, and other marketing materials to attract top talent; • Consistently meet and exceed sales and recruitment targets; • Foster a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely communication, feedback, and support throughout the recruitment process. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field; • Minimum of 5 years' experience in recruitment, with a focus on sales and business development; • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and recruitment targets; • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates; • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously; • Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
