2024年12月31日前于中国地区高校毕业的来华留学生
international students from universities in china graduated before december 31, 2024
本科及以上学历，能取得中国普通高等教育学历证书
bachelor's degree (or above), china higher education qualification certificate
新hsk三级及以上，并能用中文进行流畅交流
new hsk level 3 (or above),and fluent in oral chinese
