Regional IT support – Desktop SoftwareRoleThe main purpose of this role is to support end users within several parties in Shenzhen China, and to support and maintain the technical infrastructure ensuring that the IT service is delivered as agreed to all business.Responsibilities? Location: Shenzhen? Provide onsite support services including applications support, PC and IP phone support, and basic network support.? Act as a communication point between IT and business? Provide escalation point for technology in location. ? Capture demand in location by engaging with the local business and communicate this to relevant IT areas. ? Support legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements related to local IT. ? Service Delivery and Projects: Establish linkage with global teams to leverage common processes, function and resources to manage to global service delivery targets. ? Understand and manage the risk profile of the location, providing updates and reporting as required. ? Act as an interface between local business department and IT team, collect business requirements, work with IT team for IT solutions. Qualifications / Experience? Fluency in written Chinese and English ? In excess of 2 years IT experience, the majority of which should be in a technology support role? Logical and analytical thinking, decision making and problem-solving skills?
