职责描述： Candidates will be assigned to eitherClaims Data Analyst or Reinsurance Data Analyst based on your educational background and career goals. As a Claims Data Analyst, you will: 1. To be responsible for the analysis of claims data and to provide advice on the analysis results; 2. Responsible for processing various data reports; 3. Monitor and follow up on various departmental indicators; 4. Assist departmental leaders to fulfill other tasks and urgent matters. As a Reinsurance Data Analyst, you will: 1. Assist in treaty renewal, including data collection, data analysis and preparation of renewal proposals; 2. Perform basic accounting activities such as preparing the Statement of Account and monitoring settlement progress; 3. Perform other administrative work, including internal archive update, large loss reporting and handling related documents; 4. Handle ad-hoc projects and other duties as required. 任职要求： 1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in mathematics, statistics, data science, insurance or related disciplines; 2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; 3. Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken; 4. Excellent in MS Office skills. Proficiency in computer programming is desired; 5.
