Responsibilities:
-First contact for quality problems of the internal customers and Initiate a
quick initial diagnosis of the failed parts from customer.
联系内部客户处理质量问题，并从客户处对故障部件进行快速初步诊断。
-Receipt of the defective internal goods from the customer, triggering the
replacement delivery for the failed part.从客户处收到有不合格品，跟进不合格品的退换交付。
-Regular review meetings with the customers, review of the findings,
participation in the action defining.定期与客户举行审查会议，审查调查结果，参与行动定义。
-Controlling the appointments of the 24h report weekly.管理每周24H报告
-Define and initiate the scope of stock clearing independently(internal or
external issue).-独立定义并启动库存结算（内部或外部问题）
-Initiate and implement preventative measures across all products.
针对所有产品启动并实施相应的预防措施
-Handling of quality evaluations regarding failure frequencies and causes.
处理有关故障频率和原因的质量评估。
Experience:
-Above 3 years experience in quality management. 3年以上质量管理工作经验-Know basic
technology of SMT, Assembly, Test, soldering 了解SMT、组装、测试、焊接的基本技术-Know ISO13485,
ISO9001, 21 CFR Part 820 了解ISO13485, ISO9001, 21 CFR Part 820-Well know CAPA,
customer NC handling process, PDCA, 5 why, ESD, Electronics and Mechanics,
etc. 熟悉CAPA，客户不合格品处理流程，PDCA，5WHY，ESD，电子和机械等-Good English (speaking, reading
and writing)良好的英语能力
